HELP- What player pitching attributes = “control”?

Control is now listed within a pitcher’s attributes but it’s not something we can directly edit.

I understand the consistency slider apparently helps with this (NOT on Legend!)

I’ve got pitchers constantly throwing meatballs HRs and I need to find a way to adjust an individual pitcher’s ability to miss somewhere OTHER than the middle of the zone!

    Thanks for any help here.

I think if you're pitching on legend, your average pitchers are going to lack very much control. I'm thinking if you need to make edits to your pitchers control, just go down a level to something more realistic than legend.

The control attribute is listed under individual pitches and whatever pitch has the highest control/velocity/break is what's typically listed for the attribute on the player card.

Meatballs are more of a game tendency (my opinion). I threw a perfect game on HoF without a strike zone last year using Mike Lowe's sliders. That won't happen in '20. Pitching on HoF this year is harder than Legend was last year. Bump it down a notch, when SDS patches the game hopefully there will be less of them.

Each attribute rating(control, velocity, movement) listed on the main card is the average of those attribute ratings for each pitch type he throws.
