    Franchise Schedule

I know in years past when you advanced past year one of your schedule in franchise the interleague games didn’t rotate like they should. Has this been fixed or will the NL Central play the AL East every year?

Interleague schedules do not rotate in MLB '20
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

That's extremely disappointing and I just don't know how in the world they couldn't have made sure it was fixed since it happened on 19 too.

Well that sure sucks, I was really hoping I wouldn't have to play the NL West every year... Fingers crossed the Dodgers get weaker?

It’s been like this forever. Us franchise players ask for things every year but hardly ever get anything new. What’s worse is now features are starting to disappear. Wrigley’s ivy used to be brown to start the year (no ivy really). Then there was a stage where it was in between. Then it was funny grown and green. In MLB 20 it’s just lush and green from opening day.

I know. They fixed Fenway to add the accurate standings on the monster but I would go without that detail if they would fix the schedule issue.

It's in Madden already too, with rotating the schedule, so I don't know how much harder it would be to do. But it's something that has been asked for now for a while.

Madden does have its own issues with franchise schedules too though. You’ll randomly get like 6 straight road games(in a 16 game season). But it does at least have rotating inter-conference schedules.

This has been a legacy issue for pretty much this entire console generation lol. Why expect it to be fixed now. There's baseball card packs to buy
                      NFL: Seattle Seahawks
                      MLB: Seattle Mariners
NBA: Seattle Supersonics (R.I.P. 1967-2008); Miami Heat
                      MLS: Seattle Sounders FC
                      EPL: Manchester City FC
                      NHL: Dallas Stars

                        Franchise Schedule

It saddens me to think about how amazing franchise mode would be if the last 8-10 years was spent on it, as opposed to Diamond Dynasty and Road to The Show.

We really haven’t gotten any new franchise features that were worthwhile ages. Every single one of the new features I’d gladly do without for some more beneficial fixes.

Ten years ago I figured that by 2020 we’d have our games cut to other league games for quick updates with replays and commentary. A review show (like NFL 2K had). Bullpen management that wasn’t done by a chimpanzee. Alternating interleaved schedules. Infinitely better CPU trade logic and signings. Progression and regression systems that don’t require 30-team control and work-arounds. Stadiums that update their divisions championships, World Series championships, etc inside the stadiums. Actual franchise relocation, as opposed to rebranding copies and pasted over from Diamond Dynasty. Contextual game injuries, not injuries where a guy breaks his hip making a routine catch in left field.

There’s more but I’ll just leave it at that.

There is literally ONE guy at SDS that works on franchise mode. One dude. It’s a miracle that anything ever gets added, really.
