Do you mean the cleats? It's equipment, you give it to your RTTS character or created player in DD to slightly boost their stats. There are a ton of different types of various qualities -

The 1st Inning Program is related to Diamond Dynasty. You earn program stars for every mode that you play, and those stars accumulate to unlock various rewards in the 1st Inning Program; a reward tree that changes throughout the game cycle (2nd Inning, 3rd Inning etc).Comment

Question regarding the Player Program in the 1st Inning.
Once a new Inning is introduced - now in 3rd Inning - does that end the challenges for acquiring player cards such as Kerry Woods?
Need 8 pts to reach 50 and unlock unlock Kerry Woods 85 diamond. Beat the Cubs on All-Star (in DD - Extended Play - Play vs CPU), but it didn't get the 8 points for doing it. I hope I didn't just waste my time. Won in the bottom of the 9th with a 2 out hit to win 1-0.Comment
