I talk to one SDS personnel daily and report things directly to him, pretty sure why this one probably got fixed so quickly.

Maybe you can talk to your contact about lineups not sticking?

Again, a big thank you to SDS for resolving this so quickly. It wasn't an issue that impacted me but I know it did for a lot of you.
Hopefully you see that SDS do listen and do respond.

This patch is simply to correct the wrongs of the last two patches.

There is a god at SCEA. I'm happy for this. I thought gamers might have to manually field for more the next 168 hours at least.

I'm a clean screen nut...I hope the diamond stays off with my setup...manual fielding / auto throwing, auto baserunning...i would to even dabble with trying to play without the blue fielding circle if that was a separate toggle option (i have faith in L2 switch player blindly)...for me i've always hoped they brought back the fielding shadow option vs ball indicator...remember that? i would love just the shadow and no blue circle on manual fielding. anyway, will download the latest soon and hope for the best. here's hoping one day i'll be able to toggle off that pesky xp notification...but will give kudos because this year:
1. with auto defense shift, non of that stuff pops up anymore
2. with tips off, none of that manager tip stuff pops up

i'd probably explode with excitement if the catcher started throwing back the ball 100% of the time to the pitcher (but man, the throw over to check the runner on first and him throwing it back is a beautiful thing they fixed last year)

man, just a thought came to me...maybe the cpu vs cpu ultimate clean screen is good to go...you know, eating and letting the cpu play each other and it looking just like an mlb broadcast (no diamond, indicators, xp notifications, etc..only the scorebug)...closest we'll have to anything real lately is this game
