I’m I the only one experiencing players diving for no reason ? This has cost me runs .

When your fielders are close to the ball? If so, you've gotta turn off one of the fielding options. I can't remember exactly which one, but once you get into the options, it was pretty easy to find it. I had this issue on day 1 with both that and baserunning slides. Turned them both to manual and life is good.

Infielders, outfielders, or both?

I have the opposite problem. My guys WON'T dive on manual. They jump when they should dive and only dive when they have no chance.

Are you pressing the correct triggers?

I play on auto fielding, but it seems like almost every time an INF or OF dive for me, the ball pops out of their gloves.....annoying

Do you have the auto dive for infielders option on?

This happens to me with everybody unfortunately hopefully it gets fix I’m gonna try auto fielding

You what it is? Its the new auto dive feature, but im afraid to shut it off and then when I want them to dive they wont.

I’ve seen a great mix of both for me and the CPU. I like the adjustment this year because I’m years past it was a catch 99% of the time.
