Jokes like that are never needed. Sorry to burst your bubble. You can be funny without resorting to demeaning an entire gender. Not that difficult.

I'm a man, I respect women, and comments like this are offensive. We're in 2020. It's not funny, and it's not about lightening up. It's about having a mindset that's not being left 30 years behind.

To add a bit of perspective, my wife is the director for an organization dealing with issues relating to women's health, and domestic violence is one of their areas of focus. Domestic violence is so prevalent today, and often times starts with attitudes like this being perpetuated. It's dangerous. It's disgusting.

I won't be replying to anything else in here, but respect is of the utmost importance for things like this. I'm not saying that any one person in here is a terrible person, but simply that we can be better than this. Women need us to be better than this.

Read somewhere on this thread that Heidi actually talks about statistics that coincides with the game or season at hand...is this true?
Because I’m a week into my Franchise and all I hear her say is repetition about “Quality at bats..yada yada yada”
Maybe I need to get deeper into the season ...because I would not mind hearing some stats or trends form her...for a change.

Yes, she will talk about the season at hand. A screen will also show the statistics she is talking about. She may talk about how good or bad your offense is and it'll show your offense's rank in the league and LB in some key categories like runs score, average, HRs, etc.
