I personally don’t like the NBA city jerseys at all which looks like it’ll be happening in MLB.

Looks like only 6 clubs this season will have City editions. Those Red Sox uniforms look like something out of Diamond Dynasty.


But for Throwback uniforms hopefully more will be added and there will be some leaks in the next video.

Personally I dig this Sox uniforms. I love adding a little something spicy in different like they have in the nba. Boston Bruins let’s go😎

I have nothing to base this on other than forced optimism, but I think there’s more player related graphical work being done in the background for future Show versions.

The team knows that the player models need updated. But I imagine the list of animations, uniforms templates, accessories, etc that go with that update is exhausting.

I expect new player models in the next year or two, and everything that comes with that. I’m sure that work was long shot for year one on next gen anyway, but then I’m sure that COVID and working remote + being multi gen and multi platform killed any chance of that for this year.

Also on the legends trailer they had Pedro Martinez in the 1990 Red Sox uniform that still has red undershirts when they should be NAVY. What's the point of having the 1990 set when it's a mirror image of the current Home/Away minus the NIKE swoosh. The Red Sox uniforms from 1990-2002 had Navy undershirts, not red.

Newest video shows Cal Ripken Jr in the 1995 Orioles Home uniform!! Fingers crossed they added the 1995 Away as well plus even more throwback uniforms for the PS4 version.

So far so good with the few leaks on uniforms they've shown. Still holding out hope that they added more since 2021 season there were no new uniforms added other than the Mets bringing back the 1998-2012 Black Alternate and the Giants home uniform adding names to the back.

Hoping players wear their team uniforms during the all star game, but in the "next gen' video you can see Vlad Jr. wearing the American League all star jersey so maybe next year.

That may not happen until the PS6 era.


Also a new video is coming this week and hopefully there will be a new throwback uniform leak. Last week's video featured Cal Ripken Jr. in the early 90's home uniform (hopefully the early 90's away was added as well). Hopefully there will be some leaks of new uniforms and maybe someone who gets the game early will make a video of all the uniforms.

No excuse for it to not be put in this generation. The consoles 100% have the power to handle it now.

Gamestop Twitter page has an interview with Ramone and Ramone says there are more legends being added so there's a good chance we'll get some more throwback uniforms.

Any word if the new Mets black jerseys and hats will be included? I know they announced them pretty late and that could keep them from being in. Even if they’re in as throwbacks my OCD would kick in and it and I couldn’t use them because they wouldn’t have the Nike logo on the jersey or the NE logo on the hat.
