    Franchise Relocation/Rebranding

So I took a shot at this option, started a new franchise, fantasy draft, picked Miami and moved them to Charlotte, did up some nice uniforms......

Took me forever to pick a stadium. I mean, a long time. All the old stadiums have a big reason not to use them. Maybe they have the old team branding still on them. Or the old classic stadiums are too basic even their scoreboard has basically nothing to it. I ended up using one of the minor league stadiums, the bayside one with the water and the ferris wheel because it's just fun to look at. But the stands are so small and again, no bells and whistles at all.

It got me thinking, even with a create a stadium feature, I can't even imagine it would come close to what some of the actual stadiums provide. These guys do an amazing job of recreating these actual stadiums atmosphere's its crazy. I highly doubt a create a stadium feature could have all the nuances that you get some the actual stadiums.

Anyway, I do like the feature and I might see how far I get with this new Charlotte team !

Depends on have much customization we could actually do with stadiums. There are some dudes who play this game with lots of art skills.

Also hoping if they add create-a-stadium, that there will be a vault. Those need to be added together.
BFR's future is still TBD, stay tuned for updates

That is a great idea I hadn't thought of the vault.

You'd have to be able to put your team logo's all over the stadium which definitely would help. But how about things like the tomahawk chop in Atlanta, or the drum beating in Cleveland, or all the other nuances all over the MLB. You think those types of things would be created in a create a stadium?

They would almost have to create stadiums for us and let us just customize them maybe like NBA2K......

It's just that the stadiums in baseball are so important to the game compared to the other sports.

I'd think they would add cards within DD that would be for certain stadium features.

So you could begin with a generic, symmetric stadium with rounded walls...330 to LF/RF & 400 to CF. Then you earn/buy cards that add more to it. Like a Green Monster card so you can add a 40 ft wall to left or right field a Yankee Stadium quirk where you can move the walls in closer. I could really keep going here and there are tons of possibilities if they would want to add it to DD.

However, it is my assumption is that the stadiums would take too long to render in online games and the FPS would go down too much so they would only be available for offline play as well so this may not be the highest priority. Therefore, I'm really not sure what direction they'll go with the PS5 just around the corner.
