30 team control
Create two profiles, one for your team and one for cpu MGMT for 29 other teams. Put everything to auto for the CPU except trading. Done. They will not make any prospect trades and you don't need to balance rosters.
It does require you to be the GM for teams. I approach it realistically though. I go through the teams that are non contenders and look for players that will be FA soon and add them to the trading block. I do that for the bottom 10 teams. Then I go thru the top 10 teams and look for their needs. And then I start making realistic trades. Vets for prospects. I let the trade feedback determine when the trade is acceptable.
