Lag Since Latest Patch?

Am I the only one who noticed an enormous increase in lag since the latest patch? To me, it's blatant and obvious during gameplay, sometimes during pitches, but mostly after the ball is hit. Has anyone else noticed this, IN ADDITION to the issues with fielding, increase in foul ball frequency and decrease in swings and misses since the last patch?

I have definitely noticed frame rate drops since the last patch , as far as the other stuff hard to say it’s the last patch as other then the stats being fixed to me they have only made the game worse since release day. Totally sick of patches at this point ! Personally wish that I would have never patched it even with the stat problems.

I haven't noticed anything, but I always output my games to 1080p through my PS4 system menu for better performance.

I noticed it in my series at the Rogers Center, but I am now back home at Target Field and haven't noticed it. So I am not sure if there is an issue with individual stadiums.

Yep, sometime when trying to pitch but most recently at bat aswell couple of times. Don't know what's causing it.

Every once in a while I will notice a bit of lag, mostly when I'm batting. The PCI will stutter as I'm trying to move it and my swing input will be a split second off. It's not really bad, and it doesnt happen every game. It never lasts more than an inning or so.

I play offline franchise so I dont get too worked up when it happens, if I was playing DD and lost cause of it, I would be pretty angry.

If they need to patch every week or two then they shouldn't be releasing a game every year. Just update the rosters and fix the issues in the game. This franchise is going backwards.

Notice it is bad on dynamic cam defensive view since the last patch. I had to go to retro cam for better performance. I always play on faster mode.

Thanks, I use dynamic view on defense. Maybe I'll switch it up.

When I do see it it’s at the start of the game. It seems to go away, or I adapt. Either way I hope the next patch fixes everything finally and doesn’t wreck anything else.

Not seeing any controller lag or framerate drops. I have noticed an uptick in foul balls..

Definitely noticed that too, to go along with a downtick in swings and misses.
