Does anyone enforce a salary cap while using 30 team control? It’s something I’ve always wanted to try, but looking for some examples of how other people have executed it.
I recently started a fictional draft franchise using Bacon’s roster so that contracts are under control (no mix of “real contracts” and MLBTS engine contracts down the line).
Before the season I set a salary cap at 175m, which only 3 teams were over. I’m going to allow teams to make whatever trades they want during the season, but they have to be back under the cap by the start of the next season.
Any ideas you guys have used?
