Are there challenges anymore? I’ve played a ton of games and yet to see one.

I haven’t had a single challenge pop up since patch 1.03. And I have seen some real close calls at first

Don't play franchise but have never seen one in March to October.

I've never seen them in Conquest, DD vs CPU or March to October. Haven't played many games in franchise yet but don't remember any there either.

For those that have gotten them, are there challenges at every base or is it just first still?

What mode are you playing in to get challenges because I've never gotten any in 20 yet and I've played a lot of games?

Probably means more coding. I have played about 50 games and I think I may have gotten 6-7 total. I'm fine with that.

Because to implement it at every base would be a major undertaking and that would likely be the only gameplay update they could do that development cycle.

Umpire challenges

I heard if you push square on close plays at 1B, it will trigger the challenge option. Right after safe or out call, just hold square.

I do it every time there is a challengeable play. It might be placebo but worth a shot.

I turn umpire close plays, or whatever it’s called off. If they had the whole challenge system in I’d use it, but considering you can only challenge at first, and the cpu never has the chance to challenge, I don’t even use it.

I’ve only played franchise and I have seen multiple challenges. Had one yesterday too.

I turn umpire close plays, or whatever it’s called off. If they had the whole challenge system in I’d use it, but considering you can only challenge at first, and the cpu never has the chance to challenge, I don’t even use it.

What does the option even do? Just turn off challenges or something else?

Are there challenges in Custom Leagues? Have yet to see one and have played over 30 games.
