Gonna do my first player lock challenge in Franchise mode!

So I was going through the list of free agents late last night to see if there were any hidden gems, and I found this guy!

Dante Bichette Jr. happens to be one of my favorite minor leaguers that never quite panned out, so I decided to sign him to my custom franchise team and send him down to AA to begin his improbable journey to the big leagues! I am not going to edit any of his attributes except for one, I will edit his potential to make him an A. He's already 27, so time is of the essence, but I will be doing a player lock with him for the entire season. Anyone have any advice on how month to month attribute increases work in Franchise? Is there anything I can do to increase his attributes other than just absolutely rake? I'm thinking once he's about a 70 overall, that will be the time to call him up to the big leagues.

You said it, you have to rake. Attribute adjustments typically happen at the end of the month, when you get the inbox notification that let’s you know who’s been playing well and who hasn’t. Make sure your training option for Mr. Bichette is set on an attribute you think needs a bit more love.

Good luck! Shame he never worked out for the Yanks IRL.
