I'm playing RTTS and sometimes the manager takes me out of the game when i have plenty of energy left, low pitch count. Does the CPU manager hook slider just affect the CPU teams or does it affect my team/player?

Though it says 'cpu', unless you're playing/managing the game, it affects you too. Personally I have the hook at 0. I've gone anywhere from 5 IP to a full game. If we're leading, the mgr will yank me 6th - 9th if I give up hits/walks and the tying run comes to the plate. If I give up too many runs and we're behind, I get pulled earlier no matter pitch count.
