Be able to set number of innings in Franchise would be pretty nice considering how long games take. Unless, that's in there and I have no idea how to do it.

Take out the sliding into the 2nd baseman animation. They haven't done it in 2 seasons now

Audio preferences:
Question is it more important to announce his 2nd home run of the game than to announce his 60th of the season?

Why can't the announcers say his 2nd of the game 60th of the season.
Its the little things.

A few more things...

General

• Add Weighted Runs Created Plus (wRC+) as a tracked stat

Graphics and Visuals

• Press box areas should have reporters on laptops instead of fans.
• Camera operators in ballparks.

Equipment

• A pine tar setting in-between "Yes" and "No". Some players have some pine tar on their bats, but not enough to correspond with the "Yes" option.
• Every Giants catcher has worn a football QB-style wristband this season; it would be cool to see that in-game next year.
• Nike Catcher's Equipment
• 44 brand hand guard, as modeled by Joey Bart.

March to October

• Let us use custom rosters in March to October, even if it comes at the expense of earning rewards. This mode seems like it could be a great fit for classic and fictional rosters.

I would like to see some kind of post game or weekly highlight show. (Like NFL 2k5)

Playoff and World Series patches on the hats.

Expanded on the highlight show type stuff, when making an offseason signing or trade, somebody discussing it and show the player in the press conference holding up their jersey. (I know, its a lot to ask for lol)

Online franchise with your friends but have the other teams be CPU teams.

Another cool thing would be a system that allowed us to assign the generic Spring Training and Minor League parks to specific teams and even rename them. The FIFA series has had such a system in place for years.

Don't know why the took out this animation, it's such an inmmersion killer imo.
Before one could just press x to skip it (if you're in a hurry) but it's nice to have the option. Believe or not I skipped mlb18 and 19 because of this. It's a minor thing for some and a big deal for me.

I'd like to see more animations of fielder's leaning into the crowd to attempt to catch foul balls in the front row. I've seen a good number of fouls that IRL players would have attempted to bring back. I'm not sure what the threshold is or what decides those animations but it could use some improvement. Also the running into and slowing down when approaching the wall needs some work as well. Can't have the same animations running into high and low walls or against that invisible dugout wall.

I'd like them to fix the inbetweeners on ground balls you have to dive for. I'd say only a small percentage actually get fielded, while the vast majority are booted because the animation is messed up and the fielder over shoots the ball. But if you didn't dive, you'd never field it. I always imagine the commentary in my head about a fielder over shooting his dive not once, but sometimes twice in a game. "he's a good player, hall of famer even, but badly misjudged this one!" lol

I wouldn't mind and update to the ticker either. Maybe switch to a scrolling one instead or at least give that as an option.

Being able to choose how windy, rainy it is and the temperature would be a nice option. Might as well throw in snow as well. Also just having the weather a bit more accurate by default would be nice. Weather plays such a huge part in baseball just a few additions would make it even better. Players also should react differently maybe the occasional slip (only if it's not over done) If it rained as much in southern California in real life as it does in the game they wouldn't have to worry about droughts and wildfires. I would think SDS would at least get the San Diego weather right.

Edit: Feels like I've typed this before. Oh well *shrug*
