When you relocate a franchise do you HAVE to rebrand?

I just got the Show 20 and would like to move the Marlins to another city, but I want them to still have the logo and colors of the Marlins. I just want them to be named something else.

Do I have to painstakingly go through and add all that in the 'logo and uniform editor?

Or am I missing the setting where I just say, "I just want to move"

Hopefully next year's game will allow us to move any team to another City and not have to create a uniform.

I expect SDS to add more options to this feature like generic stadiums and multiple custom jersey options in The Show 21.

They would just be setting themselves up for a lot of criticism if they kept this half finished option the same.

I honestly think they will not be adding more generic stadiums in at all and maybe an option or two for uniforms. I think they consider this feature complete and will instead focus elsewhere.

If it were possible to share created team files (and not just logos) on the online share vault, I think the annoying parts of this kinda goes away....you could download a team when creating a 'chise and make the minor edits you want.

There is some FANTASTIC work done by the community on logos, I can only imagine how good the finished products (uniforms and so on) would be.

I have a hunch that this feature won't be expanded on too much until 2022 at the earliest.

I hope they also add more city and team names, especially from the early years of the National League and Negro Leagues.
