How to trade with CPU ROSTER CONTROL gone

I always play full 30 team roster control on. Enables me to keep real life trades between teams.

This year, for whatever reason/or just a glitch, once you pass the trade deadline the game won’t let you enter the ACQUISITIONS /CPU ROSTER CONTROL SCREEN (grrrrr).

So, my only option is the MANAGE/ROSTER screen.

Well, I can’t figure how to trade between teams. What am I missing, not seeing. Have gone thru the different screens and can’t find a trade option.

I may misunderstand your trouble, but after the 7/31 deadline, there are no trades until the offseason.

Understood, but with 30 team roster control on you could go to that screen and move players between teams. Although there are no trades allowed per se, there are waivers and such where moves can be made between teams. I guess I’m just going to have to use the ROSTER MANAGEMENT screen and put players on waivers, then move them.

Previously, with the waiver trade deadline going until the end of August, you could trade until then. But now with the new hard deadline, the trade window is closed completely at the end of July.
