Turn off “pinch hitter for pitcher” reminder/ prompt

Is there a way to turn off the “you may want to pinch hit for your pitcher” prompt/ pop up?

There is! When you start your franchise, you just toggle the DH option from auto to "MLB" or "BOTH" (Can't remember which...pitchers hitting is stupid...)

I hadn't had enough coffee yet when I responded. I'm anti-pitcher's having to hit, but I suppose without it, my favorite baseball moment ever wouldn't have happened-The GOAT, Bartolo Colon, bashing one out of the park (Which, coincidentally, I had happen to me less than a week before when I was playing my franchise back then...very eerie...)

I'm anti-pitcher's having to hit, but I suppose without it, my favorite baseball moment ever wouldn't have happened-The GOAT, Bartolo Colon, bashing one out of the park (Which, coincidentally, I had happen to me less than a week before when I was playing my franchise back then...very eerie...)

Can you imagine how many controllers and/or tvs would have been busted if giving up a HR to Colon would have happened in the Show lol.

If u use fast play u won't see that, but not sure if hybrid cuts it out.

I use fast play and still get that. But I haven't played the more recent games. Did they change it?

Can you imagine how many controllers and/or tvs would have been busted if giving up a HR to Colon would have happened in the Show lol.

Oh man, you have no friggin' idea. Over the past few years some highlights include:
-Giving up a homer to Colon (It was 100% worth it)
-Anibal Sanchez hitting one about 3 inches further than that shortest point at the old Texas stadium (Less worth it...one of the few times I've considered rage quitting).
-And my personal favorite, Ryan Goins once had a 3 homer game against me (Corey Kluber was pitching...sometimes $h*t happens).

Somehow, through the years, I'm consistently a top 5-10 team when it comes to ERA/WHIP, usually regardless of which pitching staff I'm using (But if you ask me to draw a walk, or hit a change-up, I'm screwed...).

I guess sometimes I just let my guard down
