Padres alt road socks were fixed with the update. Didn’t notice it before.

there's a very simple work-around: use that Louisville Slugger C271 Patriot bat skin and you'll be mashing and banging 'em like you're the second coming of Bucky Larson.

They added the Nike Alpha Huarache Elite 3 cleats also.

Don’t have proper sized rosters or the ability to play the currently scheduled games in the NL with a DH, but glad they fixed this bat issue. Smh

Didn’t they already confirm that they won’t be adding the temporary new changes for this season into the game? I believe the reasoning they gave was something like ‘that trying to patch it in would risk messing up other parts of the game’.

It is possible they only meant that about franchise mode only, but at this point I’m assuming the changes won’t be coming to the game in any form.

This update has caused players like Aaron Judge and Gio Urshela to not have their correct player card pics - they are Clint Frazier - Also - after the first few games the radio announcers in the main franchise screen are announcing that such and such player has broken this and that MLB All time record - anyone else having this problem?

Played 4 games after the update - again, I'm not "one of those guys" who create things or have the placebo-effect - but I'm seeing outfielders do odd things like nearly over-running fly balls, and in one instance an OF'er just totally misplayed an easy fly ball. Also saw 3 runners advance on hits for doubles and all 3 were idiotic and nailed by a mile (by the cpu). As much as I want to love this game.....

What do you mean nearly over-running fly balls?

I saw runners try to stretch a hit to a double and get thrown out with relative ease prior to this patch.

Bucky Larson was missing to my French Canadian culture and had to Google it !!! Lollll. OMG. ....nuff said.

I can't say I saw it a lot. I'm in the middle of August and I think I've seen it maybe twice where the runner is thrown out by a good bit, but i'm actually okay with that.

exactly what it says: an outfielder running for a fly ball, but then nearly running past it and then having to make odd looking "reach back" type catches. Instead of just playing it simple, they run and then nearly over-run the play. Saw some weird angles.

Look, I know you get upset when people point things out - and I know you also have tapped yourself as a self-appointed expert here. I mean no disrespect, but you seem to challenge a lot of what people state here as "well, I don't see it" and therefore the rest of us are blind or stupid.

I know what I've seen, and it's not all the time - but it's often enough that occasionally it creates a stupid play on a misplay.
