Trying to make a trade and i keep getting this message "our injury situation is forcing us to hold off on making a deal". what is this? i have injuries off

I have started getting this message too, I am also getting a new glitch when I try to make trades where if I add certain players the trade screen like breaks. The trade feedback bar goes dark and disappears and I can no longer make the trade and then if I remove a player it becomes possible again. I don't know if these all started from a patch, but I definitely had not seen the injury situation message before until recently and I also play with injuries off.

Does it happen with every team?

I've had it before when I tried to trade with a team that had either too many pitchers and not enough fielders, or vice-versa...If I'm off-base here, I'll be a bit rattled...I haven't tried any trades over the past few weeks, but given that I'm literally at the trade deadline when I go home today, if it doesn't work it'll be slightly disappointing if I can't make any moves...
