May seem little not so for 50's / 60's roster creators.
I don't know how difficult it would be to add " no flaps" at this point but hope they consider it.
Otherwise the game is beautiful especially love Creating Ebbets Field!20210511_123554.jpeg20210510_180518.jpeg20210510_162330.jpeg20210510_160725.jpeg20210510_160638.jpeg

Warren Spawn threw a curveball in the dirt catcher threw it back.
Spawn looked at the stuffed ball tossed it back for a new one. Love this game.

Austin Riley belted a HR for me to begin an inning. Had his sunnies on and all in the initial replays. A 30+ pitch half inning later resulted in the sun setting and in the replays they play between half innings Riley was now hitting the HR without any glasses on. Thought it was a bit funny. I never went back into the replay vault to see if it would correctly have him wearing his glasses or not.

Maybe it’s just more this year that I’m noticing it but when extreme shifts are in place on defense batters are looking to hit against the shift

Playing a rainy game in Yankee Stadium. I'm the Astros. In between pitches it shows Bregman wiping the bat underneath his armpit to dry it. Very nice detail! That might have been in the game for years. I've played every MLB since they included rain and it's the first time I've noticed it.

Runner diving into first base on close play.

I’ve been playing the Show since 2012 or 13 (whenever 2k stopped) and I’ve never noticed this before. Nice realistic touch!

If you leave the game on the post-game menu screen, it continues playing music with an echo effect, as if the music is playing in an empty stadium. As soon as you click to exit the game, the music returns to normal.

Okay it’s also not just rain, I’m pretty sure the lines get disturbed by anything that hits them. Other night Folty threw a curveball in the dirt, left a mark on the batter’s box & was there for the rest of the game!!!

I threw two excellent pitches in a row last night. Both dotted the corner perfectly, and both were called balls. I'm down 2-0. Next pitch, I throw an elevated fastball and it just catches the top of the zone. Umpire calls another ball. I threw my hands up in exasperation, and someone in the crowd behind home plate did exactly the same thing lol. I was playing away from home too, so it was a single Reds fan in amongst a bunch of Cardinals fans, which made it even cooler.

In my franchise, I used Chris Davis as a pinch hitter in the bottom of the 8th in a 0-0 pitching duel between Means and DeGrom. Chris Davis crushed first pitch for a go ahead 2-run homer, and it was also career home run #300. For the first time, I saw a curtain call animation afterward.

I adopted the Show in early pandemic and that was the first time I ever saw that. Has anyone had that happen before?

It was a neat animation. Almost made me feel bad when I DFA'd him a couple weeks later.

I have not seen a relief pitcher coming into the game drop his glove yet.

Late into the game this year I have noticed something, on a dropped 3rd strike James Mccann of the Mets made a play off of his knees throwing over to first instead of getting up and making the throw. I loved the animation and never saw it before.

This was in The Show 20 but wanted to share it. I was playing a game tonight and threw a pick off attempt to 1st base however the ball was thrown wild and the 1st baseman Muncy missed the ball. My heart sank until the ball hit the first base coach right in the nuts and the ball bounced slightly back towards 1st allowing Muncy to grab the ball and fire it to 2nd with plenty of time to tag the runner attempting to reach 2nd. I thought it was funny, I didn’t make this up.

I know this has been in the game, but I just noticed this because I just started a franchise with the Dodgers but in the first 2 to 3 innings of a game at Dodgers Stadium, it's half full. It doesn't really fill up until the middle innings. That damn Los Angeles traffic.
