Help with Invalid stadium!

I’ve spent the past 4 hours building a stadium from scratch....learning as I go. I try to use it for DD and it tells me “invalid stadium...” and that my stadium has features that aren’t allowed in competitive modes! I used one of the preset fence lengths so that’s not the issue. Nothing is in the field of play! It’s driving me crazy.

You used one of the presets but did you change any little aspect of the fence other than the color?

I think there are also limitations on the batters eye in center field.

This build a stadium is so frustrating. The controls are so hard to navigate. I wish there was a more freindlier user interface. You cant raise walls without the stadium becoming invalid, you can't flip stands to make it align evenly. This mode needs major overhauls. Looking in the vault is tedious with no search options. Can't move the bullpens. I'm glad this feature is in finally in the game, but it needs soooo much more work.

They have to make compromises to make it valid for online. You can’t have people making 20’ high walls and have a competitive online mode.

So for online, I don’t believe you can touch any of the wall presets. Offline and franchise you can make it as wild as you want.

So for online, I don’t believe you can touch any of the wall presets. Offline and franchise you can make it as wild as you want.

I know that, but I'm talking about raising a wall from the stock 8 feet or so to 12 feet all around, without changing the stock dimensions of the playing field.
Also tryying to make a perfectly aligned foundation to build upon is pretty impossible. To do so, the end result is like poor man's Candlestick park. It's just off. I was really hoping to make The Vet, Riverfront, Three Rivers, Old Busch, and The Murph.
I know it sounds like I'm hating on this new feature. Trust me..I'm not. I'm currently working on making the Baker Bowl, Ebbets Field, old Wrigley before the HD scoreboards, and Cleveland Municipal Stadium lol..
Can't wait to see how they build upon it in the years to come. Hopefully its more user friendly and adds more user customization.
