Anyone know if the “Brytolman” Steinbrenner/ Rays edit made its way to the vault in ‘25? Not currently able to check.

Nothing has made it into the ‘25 vault - it’s all broken.

So who is recommended (I know this is an opinion question) as the "go to creator now"? OriginalAlex819 doesn't seem to be doing stadiums this year. His stadiums were always amazing, in my opinion.

Anyone have any insight? I'm not at all accurate at what the MiLB stadiums necessarily look like, so I'm at your mercy and opinions. Thanks.

Yeah, since posting, I've read all about the drama with the creation issues for stadiums. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I dl'd all your minors stadiums last year. Awesome work. Thanks again.

When the vault finally gets working, I highly recommend downloading your and Smonee's work. You both do excellent job. Unfortunately some copy your work and try to claim as their own. I hope in the future SDS can police that more.

I dunno. I’ve downloaded great stadiums and changed something’s that I don’t like, added something’s, subtract, etc. For a lot of gamers these stadiums allow them to enjoy something they might not be talented enough to do themselves. I’ve also uploaded those (you can only have 30 saved) as I enjoy using a wealth of these that I can come back to later in the long schedule. Creator doesn’t even allow you to see how many people have downloaded your stadium, does it?

If there was monetary consideration, perhaps. I’m not sure how they would even police it though with there being a gazillion stadiums in the vault.

Yeah, if there's one thing I'm sure of, that isn't happening, created stadiums, players, rosters, logo's or sliders.

Thanks. I don’t care about the copies - I make these for my own enjoyment first. The other versions are usually bastardized for DD. Sim gamers who want the real version know where to look.

In the past I have used your stadiums, downloaded them, used them as a base, done some mods and used them. You do fantastic work! Hopefully we can use the old stadiums in 25. I have started created stadiums if we cannot.

As I do not expect SDA to resolve the carry over issue anytime soon, I have cloned a few AAA stadiums from '24

The original designs were from Originalalex and Liptack

All of the credit goes to them for their designs, I just got tired of playing in the default minor league stadiums.

I’m curious, how did you do this? I imagine 2 TV’s side by side and you copy piece by piece.

Load the stadium in '24, take screenshots of areas, then use the ps app to view the captures

Not a good idea IMO. It will only stifle creativity and more options for users, which is the goal for a tool for creative use in the community.

I know I will at times use an existing stadium in the vault for a beginning template to save time (specifically for the stadium seating on the infield). I will also, at times, build from scratch when it is required but I prefer to try and save time and resources when possible.

On the flip side, with the number of hours I've put into the stadiums that I have created, if someone wants to take it and improve upon it, I'm all for it.

I’m feeling the vault is just never getting fixed and a whole lot of great stadiums are either going to have to be rebuilt with MLB25 or, possibly more likely, just not gonna be anybody playing with custom stadiums this year.
