Franchise cloud saves

Can anyone tell me EXACTLY how you are supposed to access your cloud saves in franchise? I see I have one but for the life of me, I can't seem to access it?

When you hover over Franchise from the main menu, press Square/X - Download from the cloud.

ok got it, had to delete the original save file for it to work. don't ask me why because I know i have autosave game off.

I think it is important to clarify one point here: have you saved anything to the cloud?
