Cant find where you can edit rosters before starting a mode

Cant find where you can edit rosters before starting a mode...meaning before i start my franchise i cant find out where this can be done with this new menu system. its got to still be a option i have tons of work to do ratings wise and all the vault players. please give me the steps on where you do this now?

Rosters are under the Create tab in the upper right of the main screen.
