Partly Cloudy Setting Working?

I have played a few Franchise games now with weather set to partly cloudy, but each time the weather has been clear. Normally, you would see the clouds create shadows at various times during the game.

Are you seeing same bug? I have only played Franchise.

Partly Cloudy Setting Working?

Felt the same way about it last year tbh. Afaik it still “works” it’s just considerably toned down.

Maybe this gen will bring some magic eventually and get us some of those volumetric clouds and real-time suncasting and weather patterns and all that; game like FarCry 2 and Red Dead had that stuff 15 years ago.

Partly cloudy skies are working for me on PS4.

Played a game last night and had puffy white clouds in the sky

I've stopped doing it recently, but in years past I used to turn damn near every single game to partly cloudy, because it provided the most variety in terms of appearance. Sometimes it would be lots of big rolling clouds, and sometimes it was just a couple of wisps in the sky.

I think you are right about it being toned down. I did finally see the clouds and the shadows (maybe twice during a game) but very subtle. Not sure if because time of year but don't ever recall the clouds not casting shadows.
