    Cpu baserunner aggression?

Is there a cpu basetrunner aggression slider or some way to decrease their aggression?

I'm playing on all-star and in the 3 games I've played so far the cpu is crazy aggressive and I've thrown them out three times. Once trying to advance on a passed ball, once going 1st to third and I forget the other but everytime thrown out by a huge margin. Aggression seems overdone.

Also is search function broken, doesn't work for me.

As I work on my roster I can only attest to the search function. It works for me. How are you trying to search?

Also, do you know that when searching for a player you only have to use the first four letters of their first name, OR, their last name to find them? Just an aside. My buddy didn't know this and was getting frustrated trying to spell some of the full names.

I was referring to the search function on the forums, says I don't have permission. Thanks.

Search works for me if I log out.

I've seen a couple of head scratchers in the games I've played (40ish), but I haven't felt it happens enough to be considered a problem.

Something I'm paying attention to though.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Yea I’ve had a few head scratching moments. But it happens, you see in real life some dumb base running moments too. So no biggie to me.

Yeah some baserunning blunders by the cpu help to even out the ones I make, actually I make waaay more, lol. I suppose there is a fine line between this or making the cpu perfect on the basepaths as well.

This is a yearly deal imo, and the only "fix" is to mess with baserunning speed, and outfielder speed possibly helps. Try raising the baserunner speed by 1 and see what happens. Then go the other way and drop it by 1. Usually a combo of baserunner speed, outfielder speed helps produce more variety of hits without the wonky baserunning where guys are called out by wide margins.

Outfielders seem like jack rabbits to me, hate to slow them down though for fear of throwing something else out of whack.
I'll try the baserunner speed and see how that works out.

I've lowered outfielders speed every year for sometime now. Fielders as a wbile have always reacted and moved too quickly in The Shoe by default.

It's nice to see some balls actually get into the gap that aren't complete lasers when you lower their speed and reaction. Some balls in real life just carry and carry into the gap, but in The Show on default settings they all run 200 mph and always get under those types of hit.
