I need help as I'm not sure what else to do.
I bought the Jackie Robinson PS4 disc version for my PS5. Got the stubs and pack bonuses.
When I was trying to figure out how to download the PS5 upgrade I accidentally bought the digital PS5 Jackie Robinson version. (They wouldn't give a refund as it started downloading)
Every time I start the game it prompts me that I have redeemable items. When I click on it, it says "failed to consume entitlements."
I contacted playstati9n support and they had me try a number of things that didn't fix it. They eventually gave me a link to report to the actual game developers as they said it was ultimately an issue with the game not the system.
I filled out a bug report and submitted online. That was a week ago and I haven't even got an email reply of any sort.
Anyone else had to deal with this? figure out a fix?
I know its my fault I ordered the game twice but this game has cost me close to $250 canadian and I'd like to at least get all my pre order bonuses lol.
