    Come on, you know that it has nothing to do with how smart someone is. It's just that folks are stubborn and probably too invested the game or genre of their choice.

    That isn't a bad thing in and of itself, but the problem comes from people mistaking their opinion for objective fact, attacking others for feeling differently than they do, habitually engaging in over the top hyperbole or saying things that simply aren't true. This is what destroys productive conversations about any game.

    Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
