Is it time to discuss a class action lawsuit?
This always seems to happen when things go south for things of this nature... I'm not a lawyer nor claim to be. Just curious IF somewhere somebody is discussing this?Tags: None -

I don't know, again I'm not a lawyer. But I know there were games in the past that were basically broken from the start. I don't think this is near that broke but people are so sue happy when they don't get their way, I'm sure the servers always being down like they are, someone would attempt it if for the notoriety of it. There is also a whole NEW clientele in Microsoft and I'm sure that crowd is less then impressed. I'm just thinking out loud is all. Seems like on this path it's inevitable.Comment

Are you referring to the server issues? It's like this every year.Comment

Re: Is it time to discuss a class action lawsuit?
Servers being down 75% of the time since early access would be a start.
Not only have people been screwed out of rewards for completed objectives, had all of their MTO progress rendered void from achieving future affinity points, lost cards and stubs when listing on the marketplace, etc... but they've continued to add new online content before getting their server issues in check while refusing to extend the deadlines for earning any time-limited rewards. Nor have they offered anything in the form of compensation -- despite the fact that they still continue to have more than "routine" server issues.Comment

Usually these issues are patched and I'm sure they are doing what they can to fix this. I play franchise, so I am not experiencing all the issues most players are (knock on wood) .. so it's easy for me to say.. be patient, this will all get fixed at some point.

Haha talking about first world problems. Ahhh a game has starting issues (which game hasn’t nowadays) so lets sue them so SDS goes bankrupt and we won’t have a proper baseball at all next year.
I’ve been playing this game since ‘08 and SDS has always come through rather sooner than later with fixes. This year with the pandemic, working remotely from home and having to release the game for 6 different consoles all within a development cycle of less than a year I’m giving this team some slack.
But you pre madonna’s are talking about a class action law suit. Ok."When it's all set and done, reality is the best innovation."Comment
