Need help from someone more computer savvy than I

I have a ps5. When I try to upload my created stadium to the vault I get an error message indicating vault access not available right now "save version is invalid".

When I try to access the stadium vault I get another error message about a connection time limit.

I know I'm connected to my router because I test the internet connection and it indicates I'm connected I'm also signed into the PSN.

Any ideas what's preventing me from uploading my created stadium and accessing the vault? The stadium works great in franchise mode.

More likely than not it is SDS having server issues. The game has been out 1 entire month and they've literally had server issues every single day since release, so odds are you're just experiencing more of their server issues.

Have you tried closing the app completely and restarting it, making sure that it is the most up to date version?

By closing the app to you mean turning off my ps5? I've tried this for several days with current version of the game.

No, I mean closing The Show down and then launching it again.

Very likely a server side issue. You'll need to actively shut down the game. Modern console shutdowns don't turn games off, which doesn't flush the RAM data.

Most problems can be solved with a RAM flush, which is where the old "have you tried turning it off and on again" comes from. However modern hardware doesn't flush RAM anymore when you power off the device, PC and consoles alike. It comes with a lot of benefits (like those super fast game resumes), but the downside is that flushing RAM is much harder, especially for the layman.

I've closed the game and then reloaded it. I can view the vault created stadiums but I can't upload mine to the vault.

It works fine in my franchise which is odd. Seems like I could upload it since the game let me save it and use it. Keep getting "save version is invalid".

            Oh well.

Are you trying to upload it for DD? If so it has to have all green check marks in the top right hand corner when in the build screen. If its marked with a red circle with a line through it, it can not be uploaded or used in DD

Franchise. I don't play DD or anything else other than franchise.

I think I figured out the problem from a thread on the "official" show nation website. I edited the height and distance of the outfield walls. I wanted a pitcher friendly park and made it 345 down each foul line. 395 to each power alley. 415 to center field.

Apparently that causes the "save version is invalid" message.
