The Show 21 Franchise Mode Questions

So a few questions on this years mode: so I’m the Rangers and I abused the AI, trading for all the big name players like Juan Soto, Acuña, Bieber, Tatis Jr, etc, and well, I’m out of money lmao.

One, I know I can’t use stubs for money anymore, so how do I increase my budget? Also if I force arbitration, then I still can pay that contract and keep the player right? Even if I don’t have the budget to “offer them a contract” if I force arbitration then can I go over my budget to pay that player?

And I know sponsorships will increase my cash flow, but I am in August and I have no idea where to see my sponsorships. It was on the main menu at the start of the season, but I don’t see where to view and change my sponsorships now. Any help?

Essentially, I really dislike this new Franchise mode lol.

it should still be on the main menu under Review Sponsorships, if it isn't, something isn't right IMO,
but I'm also not far enough along to be into August, so I wonder if that's related?

I have all 3 of my sponsorships set up to pay me by the game.
I know I could make waay more by choosing hits, homeruns, saves or other categories
but I'm still going to increase my budget by roughly $10 million and I don't want to unrealistically overdo it
