Hitting tips

I’m new to the show. I’m looking for tips on picking up the ball out the pitchers hand. Any tips to find the the pitchers release point so it’s easier to track the ball. Don’t like to use strike zone cam, I find it unrealistic.

Bets tip I have is focus only on making contact with the bottom half of the baseball. Should help tremendously from the very first pitch you see.

Learn the pitcher, learn the pitchers pitch selection and pay attention to how they like to pitch, they usually have a strategy/pattern. Pay attention to their number one pitch.
