The good news is that it does not effect gameplay....it's more of a cosmnetic bug than anything

It really is just a pain in the arse and it's one of those things that just drives me nuts.....I enjoy night games and watching the sky get dark over the first 5 or 6 innings, it adds to the immersion and really...it's something that should be fixed right away

I honestly don’t know why they don’t just allow us to choose what time we want to start the game on the screen where you choose the weather.

That's called common sense, not going to happen I fear. I'm a ChiSox fan and they start the season in Anaheim and it's weird for sure

This! Fixed! Lol.

As a workaround anyone try setting weather to overcast to sort of get a evening effect? Won’t be dynamic obviously, but this isn’t going to get fixed it seems so looking for “solutions”. Disappointing to say the least as a Red Sox fan (and LAD and LAA and SF). Think I will do that to at least give a different feel and visual.

The bug I noticed was in 2022 my relocated Pirates franchise didn't start the season until the middle of April and doesn't finish the regular season until mid October.

Also the AA teams didn't start their seasons until mid May. That's more than a month later than IRL and with performance based progression it hurts the progression of minor league players.

The fact that I literally have played like 9 of my last 10 games at 1pm is really getting on my nerves

This should be one of the easier things for them to fix and it's ridiculous that they haven't fixed this in one of the patches. They have been releasing updates left and right for a slew of issues and I always think it's going to be fixed....then get let down by the patch notes

It's only a handful of teams that seem have mostly 1pm start times for their home games....unfortunately the Red Sox are one of them. Again, this should be a simple fix!!!!

It’s likely not a simple fix

There was a similar issue a few years ago involving the Cubs and the fix caused existing franchises to become corrupt therefore rendering them useless.

Good point......the simple fix is to allow us to manually choose the start time at the screen where you can manually weather.

I am 99% sure that was in the game in the past
