Why can’t I play with Ohtani as a position player in exhibition mode? I can only use him as a pitcher. I mean, exibition mode?

for whatever reason they decided you had to earn that privilege and you can't earn it in exhibition. since Shohei only pitched less than 2 full innings in the 2020 season, he falls short of the 20 inning pitched minimum to get an automatic two-way designation, even though they do qualify Ohtani as a pitcher and not an everyday position player. the Studio has come a long way with two-way players since Shohei came to MLB, but, to paraphrase Robert Frost, they ''still have many miles to go'' before they get it right lolOSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Thank you. I guess I have found a slight workaround whenever I use him in exhibition, but frustrated I have to get him in diamond dynasty just to use him as a two way in exhibition...
