I saw Chris Creamer said that just the Cubs and Rockies haven’t maxed out the 4+1 uni rule with alternates. So what is the Angels 2nd alt slot, is it the 1975 throwbacks they’re wearing this year?

I thought they were only wearing those for a few games.

I wonder if they'll ever go down the DLC route with uniforms. You have to figure enough people out there would spend an additional $10 to have all of their teams' uniform in history.

I think that'd be really cool and heavily used among all types of MLBTS players

Angels have home white, road grays, red alts, pullover alt, City Connect. So, yeah.

Yes Cubs/Rockies/Tigers/Yankees are well under the 4+1 (excluding Yankees/Tigers Spring Training tops which may not make it in). The Rockies retired the black faux vest a while back and use Purple for home/away. Cubs just wear the blue on the road.

Yes I may even save up for the PS5 for that. Also may wait until the digital download of 24 comes down in price (if more beautiful throwbacks are added).

Postseason patches on jerseys are finally in! Doesn’t appear they’re on the hats as well unfortunately.

I think LAD blue will be in, NYY and DET’s ST jerseys are listed as “Spring Training” in style guide. According to Uniwatch or Chris Creamer, I forget which one said it.

Would be cool if SDS just added the proper Spring Training tops (even Cardinals Red/Phillies Red/Giants/Tigers etc.)

Spring Training jerseys (which may or may not be in The Show, we'll see) seem to count towards the 4+1 now (hence teams like the Cardinals dropping their Spring Training jerseys, and other teams like the Braves and Rangers using a normal alternate now instead of Spring Training specific jerseys like they did last year).

So the Yankees and Tigers are at their limit, because they use different Home and Road dark jerseys during Spring.

Oakland is a weird one too. Because they did wear 4 jerseys last year. But they only wore their yellow jerseys for 1 or 2 games at the end of Spring Training. So they had the yellow jerseys as an option, but never wore them in the regular season. So if they're not listed among the teams who are under the limit, they might still have those, and it's just a matter of whether or not they actually use them.

The Cardinals are wearing white and gray, so they're in. The Phillies Red has been in the game, but they also just wear white and gray now (red has been dropped). The Giants wear their normal black jerseys, so they're already in.

Btw this jersey should have red buttons not white. It’s a little early to start the 2024 Errors and Omissions thread but we’ll see if this gets fixed before release.

Someone already posted about the Postseason patches looking to be in, but it also looks like memorial patches will be on the uniforms as well. Idk why they never have been in previous titles, but this is very welcome for immersion

I love that they’re adding these, but I’d like them to go away after a season. Teams never seem to wear them over 1 year. It’s the same as the allstar and anniversary sleeve patches. We end up stuck with them forever.

Hopefully they change the way those sorts of patches work and are dynamic like the postseason patches

I feel like they may be doing that. I’m going to go through different holidays in franchise to see what other patches we get. Hopefully they do Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and Memorial Day patches too.
