Agreed and would also love an additional choice of regular or baggy uniforms for any uniform you choose.
Unfortunately I can't choose from the variety of uniforms offered in 2021 franchise playstation 5.

I’m really hoping that SCEA leans in to the PS5 capabilities more this year and truly expands on the uniform opportunities.

I’d love to see them “unlock” the template altogether. Give me something closer to NBA 2k’s uniform tool and allow me to upload logos, and then have full x,y coordinate freedom to place them where I want. Full (or at least more) flexibility on scaling and moving number location(s) around, too.

Would also love an offering of typical jersey template as well as pullovers and vests (both button and pullover), in addition to the old school baggy pants.

It’s the same on all versions but I’m guessing Scooter rebranded a team(s) which causes the unis to disappear in Franchise for that team(s).

Also why does SDS not add the 94 Brewers Alternate, 98 Padres Alternate, 95 Orioles Away, 83 Giants Away etc...???

Some throwback uniforms that come to mind are are the Milwaukee braves home in a way you know is home and away uniforms excellent job the job Cincinnati Reds with the cut off sleeves beautiful uniforms unfortunately Before each game I don't have access to any of these uniforms forms so I have to take whatever uniform they offer or uniform that I created myself. This happens with playstation 5 - 2021

Interesting makes sense wish I could change things now.
Just for the heck of it I'm going to start a new franchise and see what's up.

Not sure if this was mentioned already but SDS added the Angels 2002 alternate home unis with the vest and red sleeves this year which was great, but I would absolutely love to see them add the road uni from that year that reads ANAHEIM across the chest as well.

I didn't get 21 but someone mentioned that SDS corrected the 1993-1996 California Angels road caps/batting helmets as they now have the correct Navy bill on both. Also would be nice if SDS adds the California 1995-1996 alternate uniform.

Also on 2k22 for PS4, 2k screwed over current gen by not adding the city uniforms. People over on the 2k boards are talking about this.

If they're gonna add anything for the Pirates they need to add the 1979 Black Top/Yellow Trousers/Yellow Pinbox Cap as that's the only set missing from their 1979 set.


Also they have the 1997 Black Alternate but not the Home/Away. The 1997 Pirates road uniform was dope. It had pinstripes and a Gray Crown cap.

Old video of all uniforms that were in MVP 05 Baseball. There are some dope uniforms that were in this game that need to be in MLB 22.


Baltimore's 2005 road uniform at the time which is similar to the 1995. SDS has the 95 Home but not away.


Baltimore 1971 Orange Tops & Trousers. With Mix n Match, you can take just the Orange top and pair it with the 1979 Home or Away pants and then you'd have the complete 1979 set.


Chicago White Sox 1983 Home & Away


Cincinnati 1985 Red Road Alternate only worn once


Florida 1993-2002 Teal Alternate Top


Kansas City 2003-2006 Blue Alternate Top. SDS has the horrendous 03-06 Royals Home/Away/Black Alternate but not the Blue Alternate


Kansas City 1985 Home/Away. SDS has the 1972-82 set but with no names on the back.


Milwaukee 1982 Home/Away.


Milwaukee 1994 Navy Alternate. SDS has the Home/Away but not the beautiful Navy Alternate which they wore a lot between 1994-96.


Minnesota 2000-2009 Home Navy Alternate & Navy "Minnesota" Alternate. SDS does have the Twins 1987-2009 Home/Away but no alternates.


And for you Mets fans MVP had the 1998-2012 Road and Black Away Alternate. SDS just has Home and Home Black Alternate but with Blue socks which is wrong.


New York Mets 1983-85 Blue Away Alternate. SDS has the Mets uniforms up to 1986 but not the gorgeous Blue away alternate.


Oakland 1972-1981 Green Road uniform. SDS has the Sunday White and the Yellow top but not the Green.



Oakland A's 1994-2013 Green Alternate.


Both MVP and SDS have the 1980 Phillies Home/Away. SDS however has the Phillis in Red instead of the proper Maroon and they're are no names on the back.


Pittsburgh 1979 Black Top/Yellow trousers/Yellow Pinbox cap. The only set missing from the 1979 set while MVP had all the sets, you couldn't Mix 'n Match like you can in The Show.


Unfortunately neither game had the Padres 1998 Alternate top or the 1983-93 Giants Away uniform. SDS has the Giants 83 Home but not the Away. MVP did have the Giants 1982 Black Road uniform while SDS has the 1977 Home & Away.
