I feel as if it wouldn't be too much trouble to give us the Cubs hat with the red bill that they wore on the road from 1994-2008. And a few times at home for good luck in 1995 because they kept winning on the road.

I hope they’ll add throwback caps that don’t need to be tied to a uniform.

Mets black looks awful without the white. Makes everything look really dark and hard to see. Not a fan of the updated look.

Hopefully on field it will look okay and be legible. The Marlins current black top is tough to read but I’m hoping it won’t be like that.

According to Uni Watch, the Yankees (yes the Yankees) are tweaking their road grays by removing the white outline around “New York” and their numbers. They are also removing their sleeve trim.

I don’t know. I’ll believe it when I see it on the field.

Edit: I’ve looked at that a million times today thinking maybe it would grow on me. But it looks absolutely horrible to me. They made them look terribly dull. Completely unnecessary change IMO.

Did the Rockies ever have a purple helmet? I'm tempted to use them in franchise for '24 but every helmet option in the game is black, except for the bad city connects.

I swear I remember a purple helmet at one point. If yes then I hope they would put that in the game.

At one point in the late 00's, they had a gradient helmet that was purple in the front and black in the back. But I don't recall them wearing a straight up purple helmet. They did have a purple alternate hat though.

I remember them using this helmet that is like a purple/black pearlescent (I may have the wrong name for the paint style) combo:

The Rockies did wear wear all purple helmets in 2015c and they looked great. I wish they’d drop the matte black and go back to gloss purple.
