Appears that the Yankees won’t be participating in the city connect program.

The Memphis Grizzlies didn't use a "City" edition in 2019-20 as they used a "classic" edition instead. Same with the Utah Jazz in 2022-23. I was hoping the Phillies would do the same and and just use the Powder Blue 1980 as their "City Connect". So the Yankees are holding true to tradition. Also Washington will have a new "City" set next season.

Hmmm, makes me wonder if maybe the Yankees road uniform that we have seen without the sleeve stripes and white outline around lettering and numbers is something like that then, and not the primary road jersey. The team still hasn’t acknowledged that any change has been made uniform wise. So a classic edition would make sense given what we’ve seen looks like the pre 1973 road uniform.

The Braves essentially used their City Connect on a classic. Which I'm happy about.

Atlanta and Seattle (Atlanta especially) came out with nice fauxbacks for their city sets similar to the NBA 75th Anniversary season.


Now that it's on PS4 again, just add the missing 95 Orioles Away and the missing Brewers 90's Navy Alternate and I'm ready to go.

I’ve seen a bunch of Spring Training caps have been leaked/released, ST jerseys are long overdue for The Show. But at minimum I’d like to see up to date ST caps in The Show 24.

ST jerseys are long overdue for The Show.

The majority of ST jerseys are already in. Last year at Spring Training, the majority of teams wore one of their regular season jerseys (some took the N.O.B. off).

Only teams that wore a unique Spring Training jersey were the Angels (some of the time, they also wore their normal red alt), White Sox, Tigers, Yankees, Dodgers, Reds, Cardinals, Braves, and Marlins. And the Cardinals are dropping theirs this spring, and I'd bet the Marlins will be wearing their new blue jersey this spring rather than the blue spring training jersey they'd previously worn. So that brings us down to 7.

I remember when every team had spring training jerseys and MLB 2k, at least, included them all.

True most teams have their ST jerseys in as alts, hoping those other teams you’d mention would get those added to The Show.

From my understanding, the problem with this is the current uniforms are tied to each team's "presentation" during games, coded to match uniform with presentation. Once you "rebrand" or create a new uniform, that presentation goes away because there is no presentation to match it.
