2022 Stadium Creator Wishlist

I've created a lot of Stadiums, here is my Wishlist for next year's game.

I'm curious to see what other people think.

1. Building Blocks - Brick, Glass (different types) Water (create rivers and ocean), and concrete.
2. Mask Blocks, be able to mask part of a building or an object.
3. Behind the plate
a. Allow use of Behind the plate from current Stadiums
b. 2-3 basic advertisement boxes to choose from.
4. More fencing options with longer length. More color options for the ticket gate.
5. Dug out customization
6. Logo screens/ads - be able to place your logo around your stadium.
7. Obviously night games, I'd take anything other than 9am sunlight, lol
8. More box seat blocks, different types of glass and seating.
9. Scenery Upgrades, or create your own would be awesome.
10. Bullpen, if possible customization

Tarps
AstroTurf
1970s scoreboards
Backstop options
Distance numbers on outfield walls
Downloadable logos and ads

Surprised no one mentioned being able to build domed or retractable roof stadiums.

Ability to delete some of your uploads.

Show ratings of uploaded stadiums.

More distant backgrounds.

Night games.

More fake ads/signs.

To choose dimensions of wall let's say
LF 315
CF 402
RF 315
Then choose the shape like (round)

steady camera when you choose to adjust.

Allow scoreboards to be replacement for the wall.
Ebbets for example right now the ground level scoreboard turns red if it is too close to the wall.
Take away scoreboard restriction and allow attachment to the walls on both sides.
This would look good and be functional with doubles bouncing off the scoreboard.

Give us the ability to choose real advertisements off the internet to be placed on any wall.

This would bring that touch of
Nostalgia and reality.
Also this would work with sleeve patches.


If you want to fill in an area let us use pinpoints and texture and color.

I am new to MLB the Show and love the game.

Is it possible to create stadiums in the 2021 or 2020 version or is this for next year?

Also I have been running MLB The Show 2020 with some classic rosters and they are great. But I would love to be able to play those game in all or at least some of the authentic ballparks from the time.

Stadium creator is a new feature for 2021, and only on PS5 and X series only.

Also I have been running MLB The Show 2020 with some classic rosters and they are great. But I would love to be able to play those game in all or at least some of the authentic ballparks from the time.

You'll have to start over in 2021 if you want to do this.

1. Edit foul territory dimensions, including backstop area
2. Put bullpens in outfield
3. Custom dugouts with ability to place graphics on roof
4. Scoreboards, ads, distance markers, and foul lines on walls (limit range around CF batter's eye)
5. More batter's eye options
6. Customize color on many features
7. Place team logos around the stadium
8. Dynamic day/night cycles
9. Better collision detection (especially fix the back of OF wall bug)
10. Set parameters for making custom OF walls useable in DD (can't be worse than 300-400-300 with high altitude BS)

I agree right now we have ghost towns would be great to see people living their lives walking and driving down the street.
