Can you not save replays anymore. Used to all the time.

PS4 and 5 both have system-level recording capability - that's why the in-game recording option doesn't exist anymore (and hasn't for years). It's all controlled by the Share button (Create on PS5) - the small button above the D-Pad. If you haven't changed its default behavior, double-tapping the button will immediately start a manual recording, and double tapping again will end and save that recording. Alternatively, single-tapping it will bring up a menu that allows you to save live gameplay - because the systems are always recording in the background.
No matter how you record it, the videos can be found in your media library after saving them.
