Best "realistic" modern created stadiums

Does anybody have a list of the best community stadiums that actually look close to something an MLB team would build right now?

Finding stuff that isn't a classic remake or aliens or planes flying into building is a pain in the butt.

I have a stadium in the vault called 'Old Station Park'. PSN is Mackrel825.

It's not a modern, futuristic looking stadium, but it's an original design and something that I could definitely see being built in real life. I'm quite proud of it.

I made it with a Portland expansion team in mind, so small market with a blue collar feel.

I intentionally tried to make my "the Show Field" realistic. It's also a small market field for 30k fans as I was making for my home city which isn't big.

I also tried to make all the small details and stadium goer proof with fences and barricades to try and be as realistic as possible.

I have several in the fault that could work for you. PSN Shaze2525. I did concept stadiums for Seattle/Las Vegas but also Sodo Park and NS King could be good options. I do have a few more fictional in there as well.

I have downloaded sodo of yours. I am trying to get better at making the concourses.

My fav that I have made is Landrun park

Sooner1magic2008. Feel free to assist in making it look better. The outfield dimensions are based after famous Oklahomans in majors. Mantle bench Spahn Stargell and 405 to center for Oklahoma City area code.

I've made a few...

66th Avenue Park-Based on a 2005 stadium proposal for Oakland. Probably my favorite that I've made.

Talking Stick Park-A replacement for Arizona's stadium. Best features are the huge waterfalls with stone and the outfield walkway.

Third Lake Park-Base on a current Tampa Bay proposal.

Sox Park-Not based on anything but the White Sox stadium is boring.

Rogers Field-This was made by someone in the vault. Original name of stadium was 'Overhang Field' I think. Great stadium, I only changed a few things.


I also have made a couple that would be very small MLB stadiums or very big AAA stadiums.
