No they have not, hoping with the next patch it is fixed. I am not enjoying Backstop camera at all so I am waiting on the fix. I wait all year to play this game. Surely they will fix it. I sent in another Bug Report

I started my franchise with the Mets wassup with these early 11 am games also I’m unable to change the camera view while in the manage game mode please fix this 😩😩😩

Last year a bug was introduced that changed the "pitch to batter" L2+X command to a pitchout. The menu still said pitch to batter but when you selected it you got a pitchout. Despite bug reports it was never fixed. I didn't buy 24. I wonder if that bug has been addressed.

Not the first time a bug was introduced in manage mode and not the last based upon the camera glitch in mlbts24.

My theory is the developers - or a developer - go into the game to test something and change a setting and then save and exit without paying any attention to what it does to manage mode. I suggested in a bug report last year the studio needs to either restrict access to franchise mode or do a forensic analysis to see who is tinkering and take corrective measures.

I'm sticking with mlbts23 until and unless they bring back y2y and I suspect that won't happen.

Bumping the thread to ask again - did the fix the camera glitch in manage mode? I didn't see it in patch notes.

No the Camera was not fixed. 4 patches and no fix. I would say they either don't care or its to hard to do

I wouldn’t think this would be a hard fix at all since the options are still listed in there. I just want to know if they are going to fix it or not. There are more Manage guys than people think and this is not an acceptable camera angle to play the game on. Some of us have been playing Broadcast view for a dozen years so this feels like it is a completely different game and quite frankly not fun at all. I would not have purchased the game if I thought this was the only camera we could choose. I won’t play this view so I just want to know if I need to wait on a fix or if I should go back to 23

I used to be able to set it by starting my franchise and in the first game change camera in gameplay and settings which would being up a manager's view window that allowed to to set the up the camera and the amount of time between pitches.

They really need to get that fixed. I really dislike playing it the way it is right now. I'll keep playing 23 as well till then

All they have to do is look at last year's code. Glad I stayed with mlbts23.

My brother has actually been involved in programming and writing software for years. I explained this issue to him one day. He said there should not be much to it at all. Total bummer to anticipate the release for it to have an issue we have never had before

It's not uncommon for bug to be introduced into manage mode. My theory is the devs test the game in franchise and change things but don't look at manage mode to see what impact it will have on manage mode.

It has to be an easy fix.

It's been a few months since I filed a bug report. I remember there are a number of categories. You might try sending in the same bug report for various categories just to find a developer who will fix it since they appear to be ignoring the previous reports.

No, its still not fixed and probably never will be fixed. 5 patches and it hasn't been addressed or acknowledged. It seems like a simple fix, just let MOM use the same cameras as every other game mode. Bottom-line is that its a low level mode played by a handful of players and its obviously not a concern

I saw on the other forum where someone posted they got a response from the bug report support team and said thanks for the thorough explanation and they would send it to their team. So I guess that could be a bit encouraging. PLEASE let patch #6 be the answer! I am so ready to start. I do not enjoy this camera angle at all
