In the game, as it is currently organized, one cannot create and save "uniform" files per se. However, the game does allow for the creation and saving of "custom team" files. I have seen in these forums some very well done custom uniforms created in such custom team files.
In going from The Show 20 to 21, SDS created a Vault for sharing created stadiums. I suspect this was done since created stadiums was one of the main selling points for promoting the PS5 and PS5 version of the game. At the same time SDS could have created a Vault for sharing custom teams, but chose not to.
Additionally for custom teams SDS has made no additions to the voice files for locations and team names since customizing first appeared in DD. It should not have been difficult to add some early National League city names like Troy and Providence or Cuban (Cuban Giants was an independent African American team which played in the 1890s) or team names like Grays. Additionally, with the MLB this year giving full major league recognition to the Negro Leagues, it would have been a nice touch for SDS to have added additional voice files for locations and team names for teams in the Negro Leagues as well.
