When I press R2 during franchise I only see the strike zone etc… but I don’t see the players card or ratings and stats. When in DD this works every time but during franchise I can’t see it. Any help would be appreciated

That's how it is designed. Pause the game and hit Y/Triangle. That's now the quickest way to view the ratings of the batter and pitcher. Not a fan of the change myself, but at least pausing and hitting Y to get to the player card takes less than a second.

You don’t see their “card” in franchise since they don’t have one. You need to go to he pause menu to view the stats of the batterComment
