Yes they both do, at least in my experience.

Meter pitching, as stamina dips or overall confidence (and individual pitch confidence for that matter), the ability to hit the accuracy mark gets more difficult, and missed accuracy tends to lead to pitches missing their intended target even further.

Country-Do you see a fair amount of CPU strikeouts pitching on Legend Meter default? I love the challenge of pitching on Legend and I’ve been playing this game forever. I just can’t seem to get the CPU to strike out enough. Thx!

Yes

I'm averaging around 8 strikeouts per game at this point in the season (11 games - 85 strikeouts)

I was around the same average in the season I just completed

The reasons I ask is because I recently went from All Star to Hall of Fame and… hitting is not much of an issue for me but pitching is definitely a whole notch tougher. Another thing I wonder is whether previous bad outings can affect the current game confidence. Because bring in a reliever will come in with confidence already low off the bat.

I’m playing 20, but when confidence gets low I don’t hesitate to use the mound visit to boost it.
