    Single Player - end goal

This is my first year really diving into DD and I am enjoying it. I play the MP events because they seem fun, but have not jumped into ranked seasons because I don't spend on stubs and because I'm not a great player. As my Event record will show. :-)

I have plenty of good cards (already finished the 30 TA3 moments).

Anyway my question / wonder is how do you other SP players keep enjoying the game? Is it the hunt for the cards? Just like the different challenges? What keeps you playing past July, August.....?

There's a dedicated DD section. I would post this in the "What are you working on thread"

Re: Single Player - end goal

My end goal is to enjoy building up a franchise or a RTTS player (pre- "ballplayer" and "loadouts") over the years and win some games and hopefully a World Series or two.

Unfortunately I'm in the minority because all this game is about now is cards, stubs, and little challenges, which are things I couldn't even begin to care less about.

DD is great for people like that sort of thing I guess. But it sure has screwed over the modes I and many other people enjoy and it's only getting worse.

Grinding for stuff in DD is just as pointless as playing franchise or RTTS. At the end of the day, nothing you do in the game means anything.

It's all about having fun and enjoying whatever you're doing.
Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.
