Question, does anyone else still play the top of the 1st inning with no crowd noise? I suppose this weird little glitch will live on all season.

Lol, they have to tell some people that after they play 2 games post patch there are no hitting or gameplay changes.

Yes but that is a very complicated issue to implement. What if someone puts 15 light stands..how will that look like or maybe just 1? I think the approach that makes sense is having default light at night.

This is what I was coming in here to check. My entire decision to buy a PS5 hinges on this lol. But yeah man, hopefully they patch it in, the stadium creator looks so sick and game changing.



PS - Can't confirm, but heard on Youtube there is a bug that doesn't allow stadium seats to change to the proper color, despite it being an option. Anyone know if this is being addressed as well?



Feels like we are a uniform creation tool and maybe even equipment creation tool away from absolute gaming perfection.

Yeah I cant figure out how to change seat color, I think it might be a little buggy. Overall the feature is pretty awesome for year 1. Some of the stadiums people in the community have made are really cool looking. This feature is gonna be even more awesome as long as they continue to build on it

I have had this glitch a couple times on Ps5. All I did was save and exit and then restart the game and the crowd noise came back. Or just restart your Ps5 if that's what system you're on.

Fixed a crash in Manager Mode


They didn't really fix the crash they just changed it. It used to crash when you pinch hit or pinch ran for a player not eligible at the position of the player being replaced.

Now on the ps5 if you pinch hit for the pitcher the next half inning the position player will take the mound to pitch. If you go to the bullpen to try to insert a relief pitcher you are stuck in the bullpen and can't get out.

It is worse than before because before you could save an exit in anticipation of the crash. Now you can't pinch hit for the pitcher. They obviously didn't test the game before they released the patch.

Now I can't play the game and given the slow rate at which they patch the game who knows when they will fix this. What a mess.

Well has anyone else besides me and the prior poster played a franchise game yet since this patch becuase theres a bullpen issue now as im forced to shut down the game becuase it freezes in the bullpen screen and i cant back out of it. great game against the sox im losing with the yanks but im reporting this as you cant get out of the bullpen screen or even just select a pitcher to continue..so im at the plate and was just going into the menu to warm up someone. this has never happened to me before. this is the 1st game since the new patch.

I played a game last night and this morning and was able to access the bullpen like normal without issue.
