Pitch Velocity Capped at 102?

Has anyone ever seen a pitch faster than 102? I'm in the third year of my franchise and have seen nothing faster. Not even from the likes go Hicks, DeGrom, etc.

Nope. 102 is the max if they have Outlier 1 and their primary pitch is a 4SFB

Yeah 102 has always been the cap iirc. Would be a nice touch if the outlier quirk included the a 1-in-500 chance to throw 103 and a 1-in-1000 chance at 104 or something. But since this is the same team that removed the discipline rating from user hitting I don’t think they care about little stuff like this anymore. 102 is what you get, forever.

Whats the point really? The majority of people that plays this game pays at like All-star with pitch speeds at default. Do you guys just want to see the number 103 or 104?. This would be scary for the few that play on Legend at pitch speeds at 10.

What velocity number gets you a 102 MPH 4 seam fastball in RTTS?

Is there a specific trait that you need? If so, what do you do to earn it.

My velocity is currently 106 & my max is pitch speed is 101.

lol The numbers on the speed gun ARE realistic. We'll be fine if they dont account for the one player Chapman, who threw , 103, which one mph above like two times this season.

So it should at least go to 103 is what you're saying? I think this is what this thread is about. People want the game to mimic real life.
