On the gameplay adjustment for PCI, does anyone know if this has any impact on Directional hitting? I don't have a good understanding of how this works.

The previous patch seemed to have minimal impact on directional; I'd assume that will be the case here as well.

Nevermind on them fixing splitters. It's at least possible now, but it's still much more difficult than other pitches. Went into a game to test. Threw 25 splitters, 5 were perfect (20%). For comparison, threw 11 curveballs, 9 were perfect (82%). This was on legend with 0 control (though I'm not sure that impacts how difficult pinpoint is).

Also tried in DD; had to switch back to my old Xbox One controller. The series X controller was still too inconsistent. Seems like their attempts to fix those issues were a swing and a miss.

I recall them saying they would investigate if it was possible. I do not recall them saying they would implement it, but that seems to be the narrative you’ve all ran with since they made that post.

Seriously, it’s not coming this year. You can tell just by playing at creates stadiums that it is using a very specific light source unlike anything from the standard parks. Shadows don’t even clash properly, yet you want them to bring in night games? I can only imagine the negative posts when your ball disappears halfway in the air because they never properly fixed the light source.

They were always better off tackling this next year, and they knew it. That’s why they never made any promises to get it in.

Did the final update mess up gameplay? I know in 20 the Final update messed up gameplay and everything was either an out or a homerun and you had to adjust sliders back to the way they were before.
